Job Summary:

We are seeking a Water Damage & Mold Remediation Technician to join our growing team. This role is responsible for responding to water damage emergencies, conducting mold remediation, and restoring properties to their pre-loss condition. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to emergency water damage calls and perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification.
• Assess mold contamination, contain affected areas, and execute proper remediation procedures.
• Operate specialized equipment such as air movers, dehumidifiers, moisture meters, and HEPA filtration systems.
• Conduct inspections using moisture mapping techniques to identify damage and document findings.
• Remove and dispose of contaminated materials following industry and safety standards.
• Clean, sanitize, and restore affected structures and contents.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers.
• Maintain detailed documentation, including work logs, photographs, and customer reports.
• Follow IICRC standards and OSHA safety protocols.
• Ensure job sites are clean and organized upon project completion.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in water damage restoration or mold remediation preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• IICRC certification (Water Damage Restoration Technician, Applied Microbial Remediation Technician) is a plus.
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including lifting heavy equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts for emergency response.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
